Creates materials that support the delivery of human resource (HR) initiatives and requirements
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Human Resources (HR) and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures
Identifies business requirements for human resource (HR) systems
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
Provides decision support to human resources (HR)
Supports human resources (HR) in developing strategies, practices, systems, and personnel-related activities
Minimum Qualifications
2 years experience in data analytics or related field.
