As an HRBP for the Global Business Organization (GBO), you will have the exciting opportunity to plan and execute strategic initiatives across various people dimensions of this client group. You will be part of the core team that works closely with HRBPs and specialist teams of People Ops, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of critical HR programs to all of GBO (e.g., performance management, compensation planning, etc.). In this team, we are expected to be thought leaders who create effective people solutions for GBO, by leveraging the expertise of a vast array of partners like the HRBPs, People Ops specialist teams and GBOers.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with regional HRBPs supporting the business in region to deliver on the global people strategy and operational plan.
Offer thought-leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
Provide the client group with various types of employee reports, data analysis and recommendations including compensation, stock, job levels, attrition and others as needed.
Educate client groups on compensation practices including salary and stock ranges, performance review processes, performance rating process and promotions. Drive people management excellence using communications, coaching, and organizational design.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience.
Preferred qualifications
MBA or Master's degree.
Experience in an HR generalist, consulting or business partner role with a proven background as an effective strategist and practitioner with a solid track record of successfully driving and implementing HR initiatives with functional leaders.
Demonstrated ability to influence, evaluate and manage conflicting priorities effectively in a fast paced environment with senior level leaders.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
