• Assist with the design and implementation of compensation structure/plans.
• Assist in communication, roll-out, and project management of the annual (focal) year end salary planning and incentive payout process.
• Participate in key compensation surveys and maintain market data. Gather market-based compensation data and compare to internal jobs/grades.
• Provide ad hoc market analysis in response to new positions, new hires, and/or retention situations
• Coordinate with corporate in performing job analysis, position evaluation, grading and market pricing to ensure internal titling, leveling and mapping within the company is consistent and FLSA compliant, and salaries are market competitive.
• Collects, analyzes, and evaluates data from a variety of sources and presents/communicates information effectively through presentations and/or reports.
• Perform special projects and analysis as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• BS or BA degree in Human Resources, or Finance/Accounting
• 3-5 years compensation experience in a publicly traded global organization
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
• Experience administering incentive plans preferred
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate findings into clear and concise documents and presentations
• Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to compensation (e.g., FLSA)
• Expert Excel and MS Office skills
